A new year had come and the past year had been a fast one for me..... Currently in my office, so called working, just finish the countdown with my frens over MSN while my frens are doing their countdown somewhere else.
Let me do a recap of what I have done for this past one year:
For the first months of 2004, I think I have been enjoying and relaxing as I was going to ORD liao. Nothing was being planned out as I tot everything would turn out just fine but I was wrong... The moment that I got my pink IC, I realized that I was unemployed with no income and I need to find a job.
But luckily Sean offered me a part-time job which allowed me to buy some time in searching for a full-time perm job. The job search took for abt 4 months or so and finally landed on my present job. Although it was not goodly paid, need to do 10 hours shift work with no or little meal break, plus no OT pay, I had already worked for 6 month plus liao without taking any MC, leaves and holiday break. Time really flies.
I moved my hse from Jurong West Extension to my present resale flat (3rd one) at Jurong West this year. The move was due to the location was too out of place and most importantly, the previous owner of my old hse killed herself there. It was not made known to me until the move was confirmed and I could feel all my hairs was standing the moment I heard the news. It sounded quite errie and I had lived there since 1999.
